Shopify-grade returns built for WooCommerce

WPReturns is made by DevDiggers, a team that builds premium WooCommerce plugins. WooCommerce had no single plugin for returns, exchanges, warranty and the EU withdrawal button. Shopify stores paid monthly fees for the same work.

Who builds it

Made by DevDiggers for WooCommerce stores

WPReturns comes from DevDiggers, the team behind 26+ premium WooCommerce plugins. Our founder has 20+ merged pull requests in WooCommerce core. WPReturns handles orders, refunds and emails the way WooCommerce itself does.

How WPReturns was built

  1. 1

    Research before code

We compared 10 WooCommerce returns plugins and 12 Shopify returns apps from their public pages and reviews. The gaps we found became the feature list.

  2. 2

    Read the complaints

One- and two-star reviews pointed at broken exchanges, automation that refunded old orders and basics hidden behind expensive tiers. WPReturns is built to avoid each of them.

  3. 3

    Test every path

Version 1.0.0 shipped after 66 end-to-end checks of returns, refunds, credit, exchanges, warranty and withdrawals, plus checks on each setting.

  4. 4

    Keep data in the store

Requests, messages and withdrawal records live in your WordPress database. The plugin sends no store data to DevDiggers.
