WooCommerce returns analytics that show where the money goes
WooCommerce returns analytics show how many orders come back, why they come back and how much revenue you keep. The WPReturns dashboard reports return rate, refunds, revenue kept through credit and exchanges, and time to resolve. Each card compares the current period with the previous one, and a CSV export holds one row per returned item.
The problem
Returns cost money you cannot see
WooCommerce reports refunds as one number. It cannot tell you which product keeps coming back or whether the reason is sizing or damage.
Only one WooCommerce returns plugin we compared tracked return rate and revenue kept (compared on October 30, 2026). None broke reasons down by product with a CSV export.
How WPReturns solves it
The WooCommerce returns analytics dashboard in WPReturns
Five cards sit at the top. Requests, Return rate, Refunded, Revenue kept and Time to resolve each show the previous period beside them.
Return rate is the share of your paid orders in the period that got a request. Cancellations are left out. Revenue kept adds store credit issued and the value of exchanged items.
Charts split requests over time, by reason, by resolution, by request type and by category. Most returned products and the latest requests sit underneath.
