Terms of Use

The rules for using wpreturns.com and for buying WPReturns Pro, which DevDiggers Technologies sells under its devdiggers.com terms.

Last updated October 31, 2026

These terms cover your use of wpreturns.com and your purchase of WPReturns Pro. DevDiggers Technologies runs this site and sells WPReturns Pro on devdiggers.com.

Every purchase falls under the DevDiggers Terms and Conditions. If this page and the devdiggers.com terms ever differ, the devdiggers.com terms govern.

This page is a plain-English summary of what applies to WPReturns. It does not replace the full DevDiggers terms.

Who runs this site

WPReturns is a product of DevDiggers Technologies. “DevDiggers”, “we” and “us” on this site mean DevDiggers Technologies.

Using wpreturns.com

You may read, link to and share the pages on this site. The text, screenshots, images and branding on wpreturns.com belong to DevDiggers Technologies. Ask DevDiggers before you republish them.

The plugin code is licensed separately. The License page explains the GPL terms for both plugins.

Information on this site

We write the documentation, guides and comparisons with care. Products, prices and laws change and some details may age. Every competitor comparison shows the date we checked it.

Pages about consumer law, such as the EU withdrawal button, are general information. They are no substitute for advice from a lawyer who knows your store and your country.

This site links to wordpress.org, devdiggers.com, EUR-Lex and other sites we do not run. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Buying WPReturns Pro

You buy WPReturns Pro at checkout on devdiggers.com. DevDiggers accepts PayPal, Razorpay and the other methods shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due in full before delivery. DevDiggers does not offer credit, payment terms or installments.

After payment you get an email with a download link and your license key. You can also find both in your account at devdiggers.com/my-account.

Prices

WPReturns Pro is sold as yearly plans. The Pricing page lists the current prices.

DevDiggers may change prices at any time. A price change never affects a purchase you already completed. A discount on your first purchase does not carry over to renewals.

Where to buy

DevDiggers sells its plugins only through its own store at devdiggers.com and its CodeCanyon portfolio. Purchases on CodeCanyon also fall under Envato’s marketplace terms.

No other person, website or reseller may sell DevDiggers plugins. DevDiggers cannot support or refund a copy bought anywhere else.

Licenses and renewals

A WPReturns Pro license is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The DevDiggers terms state that annual licenses renew automatically. If you do not want a renewal, you need to cancel it yourself before the renewal date.

Renewals are billed at the renewal price in effect at the time. The License page covers what a site is and what happens when a license expires.

Updates and support

An active license includes every WPReturns Pro update released during your license period. DevDiggers releases updates when they are tested and ready. There is no fixed schedule.

Support runs through the ticket system at devdiggers.com/my-account/support-tickets. Support for the free plugin runs on the wordpress.org support forum.

What support covers

  • Setup and configuration help
  • Investigation and fixes for confirmed bugs in WPReturns
  • Questions about how documented features work

What support does not cover

  • Custom features or code changes
  • Conflicts caused by third-party plugins, themes or custom code
  • Problems caused by server or hosting setups outside the standard WordPress requirements
  • General WordPress or WooCommerce questions unrelated to WPReturns

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. A refund needs a confirmed defect and a completed troubleshooting process with DevDiggers support. The Refund Policy page has the details.

Your store and your customers

WPReturns gives you tools for returns, exchanges, refunds and the EU withdrawal button. You set your own return policy in the plugin. You stay responsible for meeting the consumer laws that apply to your store.

Warranty and liability

WPReturns Pro is tested on standard WordPress and WooCommerce installations. DevDiggers cannot guarantee it works with every theme, plugin, host or custom setup.

DevDiggers products are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, DevDiggers Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. That includes lost revenue, lost data and business interruption.

DevDiggers’ total liability to you never exceeds the amount you paid for the product. DevDiggers is not liable for data loss from installing or using its plugins. Keep regular backups of your site.

Your DevDiggers account

Keep your account login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you spot unauthorized access, email support@devdiggers.com right away.

DevDiggers may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, refund abuse, support abuse or repeated breaches of these terms.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what this site and the plugin collect. Purchases also fall under the DevDiggers Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page when the DevDiggers terms or the product change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site or the plugin after a change means you accept the updated terms.
