Is the free version a trial?
No. It has no time limit and no caps. Every free feature works without a license key, and the reasons, statuses and file types you store have no count limit.
Is the EU withdrawal button free forever?
Yes. The whole withdrawal flow, the acknowledgement email, the model withdrawal form, the withdrawal log and its CSV export are part of the free plugin.
What do I lose if I go back from Pro to Free?
Nothing is deleted. The free plugin uses the same tables and settings and leaves Pro data untouched. Pro features come back when you activate Pro again.
What happens to a store credit request if Pro is off?
A request that asked for store credit or an exchange is resolved as a refund in the free plugin. Store credit and exchanges are Pro features.
Which edition handles warranty claims?
Warranty per product, warranty claims and extended warranties sold on the product page are Pro. The free plugin handles returns, cancellations and EU withdrawals.
Can the free plugin create shipping labels?
The free plugin lets you upload a label file per request, and the customer downloads it and adds a tracking number. Buying labels from EasyPost or Shippo is Pro.
