Refund Policy

WPReturns Pro has a 14-day refund window for confirmed defects that DevDiggers support cannot fix.

Last updated October 31, 2026

You can ask for a WPReturns Pro refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. DevDiggers gives a full refund when the plugin has a confirmed defect that its support team cannot fix. Every refund falls under the DevDiggers Refund Policy, which governs if this page differs.

This page covers refunds for buying WPReturns Pro. The return policy you offer your own customers is set inside the plugin. See Return policy settings for that.

The 14-day window

DevDiggers accepts refund requests within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests after 14 days are not considered for any reason.

The window exists because WPReturns Pro is digital software with instant delivery. It gives both sides time to look into a problem properly.

When a refund applies

A refund is issued when all four of these are true:

  1. WPReturns Pro has a confirmed technical defect, or lacks a feature the product page advertised at the time of purchase.
  2. WPReturns Pro causes the problem. A conflict with another plugin, a custom theme, server settings or code changes does not count.
  3. You have worked through the troubleshooting steps below with DevDiggers support.
  4. DevDiggers support has looked into the issue and confirmed it cannot be fixed.

Troubleshooting comes first

DevDiggers needs a chance to fix the problem before it approves a refund. Requests that skip these steps are not approved.

  1. Read the WPReturns documentation and any demo or tutorial videos. Many issues are settings that the docs already cover.
  2. Check that your server meets the WordPress requirements and the plugin’s own requirements.
  3. Run a conflict test. Switch to a default theme such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five. Turn off every plugin except WooCommerce and WPReturns Pro. If the problem goes away, another plugin or the theme causes it.
  4. Open a ticket with DevDiggers support. Include your order number, your checkout email, a clear description and the steps to reproduce the problem. Add screenshots or a screen recording if you can. Support may ask for temporary admin access to debug.

What is not refunded

  • We do not refund a change of mind. Check the product page, the documentation and the live demo before you buy.
  • We do not refund a missing feature that was never advertised. Check that WPReturns Pro does what you need before checkout.
  • Third-party conflicts are out of scope. That covers problems caused by another plugin, a custom theme, server-side code or changes to your site.
  • Heavily customized setups do not qualify. WPReturns Pro is tested on standard WordPress and WooCommerce installations.
  • Custom development is non-refundable once delivered. That includes custom coding, installation help and consulting.
  • An expired license cannot be refunded. That covers any purchase outside the 14-day window.
  • A renewal payment has its own 14-day window. It needs the same troubleshooting steps as a new purchase.

How to request a refund

  1. Finish troubleshooting with DevDiggers support.
  2. Send your request through the DevDiggers contact page within 14 days of purchase.
  3. Include your order number, your checkout email, a short summary of the issue and confirmation that you completed troubleshooting.
  4. Confirm that you deleted the plugin files from your server and will stop using WPReturns Pro.

DevDiggers reviews requests within 2 to 5 business days. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The timing depends on your payment provider.

After a refund

  • Your license key is revoked straight away.
  • Your access to updates, downloads and support ends.
  • You must delete all WPReturns Pro files from your server and hosting account.

Using WPReturns Pro after a refund breaches the DevDiggers licensing terms. The free WPReturns plugin stays available to you at no cost.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact DevDiggers before you open a dispute with your bank or payment provider. A chargeback filed first may delay or void your refund.

If DevDiggers finds a chargeback was filed in bad faith, it may close the account. It may also report the case to the payment processor.

Special cases

If your case does not fit the rules above, you can still reach out. DevDiggers reviews unusual cases one by one and decides at its own discretion.

The free plugin

The free WPReturns plugin costs nothing. There is no payment to refund.
