WPReturns support for the free plugin and Pro
Most answers are in the docs. Free plugin users get help in the wordpress.org forum, and Pro license holders open a ticket with the DevDiggers team.

Before you open a ticket
Ask the team or read the docs if your question is not here.
Where do I get help with the free plugin?
Post in the WPReturns forum on wordpress.org. The developers who build the plugin answer there. Search it first, because someone may have asked the same question.
Where do Pro customers get help?
Open a ticket from your DevDiggers account and include your license email. Support is part of every Pro plan for the year you bought.
Can I ask about Pro in the wordpress.org forum?
Please open a ticket instead. The wordpress.org forum rules send questions about paid plugins to the seller. A ticket also keeps your license and store details private.
What if my question needs private details?
Never post passwords, keys or customer data in the forum. Email support@devdiggers.com and mention your forum topic.
What should I include in a ticket?
Your WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions, the request number such as RMA-01042, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot of the request screen helps.
Customer photos do not load. What should I check?
On nginx, add the deny rule from the private uploads guide and confirm the file is served through WordPress. Then check that the visitor is the customer, holds the request link or is a team member.
Emails are not arriving. What should I check?
WPReturns emails are WooCommerce emails. Check that each one is enabled under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. Then test your mail setup with an SMTP plugin.
