Fraud Protection
The Fraud Protection tab gives every return request a risk score and flags serial returners, very quick returns, late returns and high-value items. Requests from flagged customers always wait for a person, and a blocklist stops chosen emails or domains. EU withdrawals are only flagged and never refused.
